SEAT Entrepreneurs Club Inaugurated

Innovation Incubator(i2) of Nehru Memorial College has initiated SEAT Entrepreneurs club to inculcate the entrepreneurial spirit among its students. The SEAT entrepreneurs club was recently inaugurated by Sivarajah Ramanathan, President of Native Lead Foundation, Madurai. Pon Balasubramanian, President, T.Jayaprakasam Principal and A.Prabaharan Dean spoke on the occasion.

In his inaugural address, Sivarajah said "India had more than 23% of the world trade share before Britishers came. Now it is only 2%. The cause for the steep downfall in our national contribution to the world trade is due to the continuous exploitation by the alien nations. If we want to thrive again in the world level, entrepreneurship is the key. Without any compromise in the quality of the production and manufacturing India can once again rise in the world level. Students must embrace entrepreneurship to help themselves and the Indian society".

SEAT Entrepreneurs club is planning to organise workshops, factory visits and micro lending for the development of entrepreneurship.

Earlier Shaheen welcomed the gathering. In the end Eshan Duraiswamy proposed a vote of thanks.
